- By using the Site, you represent that you are legally permitted to work in the jurisdiction where you seek employment, or that any employer using the Site has lawful authority to hire in Trinidad and Tobago or other applicable locations.

- Post fake, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent job advertisements or candidate profiles.

4. Account Registration

- User Content includes your resume/CV, cover letters, portfolio links, photos, and any messages you send through the Site.
- You retain ownership of your Content, but you grant LFR Recruitment Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, reproduce, and use your Content for the purpose of providing recruitment matching and job application services.
- You represent that your Content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.
- We may remove any Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content on the Site not submitted by users (e.g., text, graphics, logos, software, design, trademarks) is owned by LFR Recruitment Hub or its licensors and is protected by Trinidad and Tobago and international copyright laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any such content without our express written permission.
- “LFR Recruitment Hub” and the slogan “Connecting Talent to Opportunity” are our trademarks.
7. Third-Party Links & Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., psychometric testing platforms, employer career pages). These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.
8. No Guarantee of Employment or Results
- LFR Recruitment Hub does not guarantee that you will receive job interviews, job offers, or that any job posting is accurate or available.
- We do not guarantee that your application will be viewed by any employer or that any employer will respond.
- Employers are solely responsible for their hiring decisions. We are not a party to any employment agreement between you and an employer.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL ITS FEATURES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE LAWS OF TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO:
- In no event shall LFR Recruitment Hub, its owners, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of employment opportunities, lost wages, loss of data, or reputational harm) arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
- Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed TT$100 (one hundred Trinidad and Tobago dollars).
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LFR Recruitment Hub and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your violation of these Terms of Use.
- Your submitted Content.
- Your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws.
12. Termination
We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Site or your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, submission of false/misleading information, or conduct that harms our reputation/disrupts the Site.
Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., indemnification, limitation of liability, governing law) shall survive.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.
- Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith informal negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly. Material changes will be notified to you via email (if you have an account) or by a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LFR Recruitment Hub regarding your use of the Site. Any previous agreements, oral or written, are superseded.
